2.3 Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Stripe may collect and store your billing information, card details, and transaction history in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We receive only a limited set of payment information from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, and subscription status.

3.1 AI Processing and Optimization

Your inputs are processed by AI systems to:

Important: Your data may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenRouter and Google Gemini) for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and industry-standard security practices.

3.2 Service Improvement

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our AI models and Service features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We may share your information with the following categories of service providers:

• AI Service Providers (OpenRouter, Google Gemini): To process your inputs, generate scripts, create storyboard images, and analyze video content.
• Social Media Data Providers (Apify): To retrieve publicly available profile information, channel metrics, and video data from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram on your behalf.
• Payment Processor (Stripe): To securely process subscription payments. Stripe handles all payment card data and is PCI-DSS compliant.
• Email Service Provider (Resend): To send transactional emails such as password reset links and contact form notifications. Your email address and name may be shared with Resend for this purpose.
• Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile): To protect our forms from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect browser characteristics and interaction data to verify you are a real user.
• Authentication Providers (Google): For Google Sign-In and One Tap authentication services.

5. Shared Scripts

When you share a script using our sharing feature:

• The script content is stored on our servers
• A password-protected link is generated
• Anyone with the link and password can view the shared script
• You can manage your shared links through your account

6. Uploaded Files

When you upload files to the Service (brand briefs, profile images), they are stored securely using cloud object storage. Uploaded brand briefs (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and image files) are processed to extract relevant information for AI-powered campaign generation. You may delete uploaded files through your account at any time.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS)
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
• Bot protection on all authentication and contact forms (Cloudflare Turnstile)
• Regular security assessments
