Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans & Purchases

WeKlapp, a product of Fussio Labs LLC, offers two ways to access premium features:

  • Pay Per Script: A one-time purchase that unlocks all scenes, storyboards, downloads, sharing, and revisions for a single script.
  • Subscription Plans: Monthly memberships (Starter — 4 script unlock credits per month; Pro — 12 script unlock credits per month) that provide access to the full AI pipeline. Enterprise plans are also available with custom pricing.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

Starter and Pro subscription plans are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only and does not apply to subscription renewals or Pay Per Script purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@weklapp.com.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — we do not prorate or refund partial months.
  • You can keep using your remaining unlock credits for the rest of that period; unused credits do not roll over after cancellation.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
  • Your account reverts to the free tier (Scene 1 free, Pay Per Script available) once the current billing period ends.
  • Scripts you unlocked during your subscription remain permanently accessible to you under that account, even after cancellation or downgrade. Cancelling your plan never removes access to scripts you have already unlocked.

Past-due payments: If a renewal payment fails, your subscription enters a past-due state and new unlocks are paused until billing is restored — but, as above, scripts you have already unlocked stay fully accessible. Stripe will automatically retry the charge for several days; you can update your card at any time through your account settings.

4. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with WeKlapp. Refunds are handled as follows:

  • 7-day money-back guarantee: Starter and Pro subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked. This applies to the first billing cycle only. Contact support@weklapp.com to request your refund.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
  • Pay Per Script: One-time Pay Per Script purchases are non-refundable once the script has been unlocked, as you receive immediate access to the full content.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:

  • Email us at support@weklapp.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
  • Use our Contact form and select "General Question" as the subject.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Pay Per Script purchases once the script has been unlocked and viewed.
  • Subscription periods that have already been fully used.
  • Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Any third-party fees or taxes associated with the transaction.

7. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price increases, and you may choose to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
