1. Subscription Plans
WeKlapp offers subscription-based premium memberships that provide access to advanced AI-powered features for content creators. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you choose.
2. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial period. During the trial, you can explore premium features at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until your current period expires.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
- Your account will revert to the free tier once the current billing period ends.
4. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with WeKlapp. Refunds are handled as follows:
- Within 7 days of initial purchase: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Free trial conversions: If you are charged after a free trial and did not intend to continue, contact us within 48 hours of the charge for a full refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through one of the following methods:
- Email us at support@weklapp.com with your account email and reason for the refund request.
- Use our Contact form and select "General Question" as the subject.
We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription periods that have already been fully used.
- Charges incurred due to failure to cancel before a renewal date.
- Any third-party fees or taxes associated with the transaction.
7. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will notify you in advance of any price increases, and you may choose to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
