1. Acceptance of Terms

WeKlapp is a product of Fussio Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Fussio Labs," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using WeKlapp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WeKlapp is an AI-powered platform designed to help content creators manage brand deals and sponsorships. Our Service uses artificial intelligence to:

• Analyze your channel data and audience metrics across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Generate optimized pitch scripts and content strategies with multiple variations
• Create AI-generated storyboard sketches and visual scene concepts
• Evaluate scripts through an independent AI judge panel for brand alignment, style match, and safety
• Provide scene-by-scene AI revisions based on your feedback
• Export professional documents (DOCX) with embedded storyboard images
• Share scripts with brand partners via password-protected links

3. AI-Powered Features

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-Generated Content: The Service uses AI models (including OpenRouter, Google Gemini, and other providers) to generate scripts, storyboard sketches, suggestions, and creative content based on your inputs.
• Video Analysis: The Service may analyze your publicly available videos using AI to understand your content style, tone, and audience engagement patterns.
• Prompt Optimization: Your inputs, including channel information, brand briefs, and creative preferences, are processed by AI systems to optimize and personalize outputs.
• No Guarantee of Results: AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before use.
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the final content you create using our Service, subject to any third-party rights in the materials you provide.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

WeKlapp offers the following purchase and subscription options:

• Pay Per Script: Users may purchase one-time access to a single script for a fixed fee. This unlocks all scenes, storyboards, downloads, sharing, and revisions for that script. Pay Per Script purchases are non-refundable once the script has been unlocked.
• Money-Back Guarantee: Starter and Pro subscription plans are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. The guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only.
• Paid Plans: Premium features are available through monthly subscription plans. Pricing and plan details are listed on our website.
• Payment Processing: When payment processing is available, payments will be processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing or subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

5. Script Sharing

The Service allows you to share generated scripts with brand partners and collaborators via password-protected links. When you use the sharing feature:

• You are responsible for sharing links only with intended recipients.
• Shared content is accessible to anyone with the link and password you set.
• You can revoke or manage shared links at any time through your account.
• WeKlapp is not responsible for how recipients use shared content.

6. Document Export

The Service provides the ability to export your campaign data, scripts, and storyboards as professional Word documents (DOCX) and plain text files. Exported documents may include AI-generated storyboard images and formatted script tables. You are responsible for reviewing exported content for accuracy before sending to brand partners.

7. User Responsibilities

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your channel and brand partnerships
• Not use the Service to create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform guidelines (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Properly disclose sponsored content as required by FTC guidelines and platform policies
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's security features
• Not upload brand briefs or materials you do not have the right to use

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Fussio Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and services, including:

• Social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) for public channel data and video analysis
• Apify for retrieving publicly available social media profile and video data
• AI service providers (OpenRouter, Google Gemini) for content generation, image generation, and video analysis
• Stripe for secure payment processing
• Google for authentication (Google Sign-In / One Tap)
• Resend for transactional email delivery (password resets, contact form notifications)
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection on forms

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeKlapp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
